Statesville Convention & Visitors Bureau to Celebrate Third Annual Tourism and Summit Awards

The Statesville Convention and Visitors Bureau (SCVB) is hosting its third annual ‘Celebrate Statesville Tourism Summit and Awards.’ The event will take place at the Statesville Civic Center on Wednesday, November 6, from 10am to 2pm The purpose of this event is to celebrate tourism in Statesville, N.C., through guest speakers and an award ceremony. 

There will be a star-studded line-up of guest speakers that will include Chris Cavanaugh, President of Magellan Strategy Group, AJ Brau, CEO of Wander App Inc. and Buzz Bizzell, President of Bizzell Design Inc.
“I am pleased to speak at the 3rd Annual Celebrate Statesville Tourism Summit and Awards. With its centralized location and vast unique attractions, Iredell County plays a significant role in North Carolina’s tourism landscape,” said Chris Cavanaugh,  President of Magellan Strategy Group

In addition to the guest speakers, there will be an award ceremony, where Senator Vickie Sawyer will announce winners and present them with their awards. “It is an honor to be a part of the 3rd Annual Celebrate Statesville Tourism Summit and Awards. Statesville’s dedication to showcasing its unique charm and attractions is truly commendable,” said Senator Vickie Sawyer. “I am excited to announce and celebrate the winners who have significantly contributed to our tourism industry, helping to make Iredell County a destination of choice.”
